	When You Arrive - Guest Services Pavilion Located just outside and east of Centre Entrance, the Pavilion offers guests information on park activities, events and attractions. Purchase your Today's Parent Play All Summer Pass for unbeatable value and unlimited fun, and let our knowledgeable staff help make your visit to Ontario Place a memorable one. The Pavilion is open seven days a week during park operating hours. ATM also available.

	Inside the Park - Guest Services Centre Located just inside Centre Entrance, the Guest Services Centre provides access to amenities such as an ATM, the First Aid Station, wheelchairs, Wheelchair accessible washrooms, and Play All Day Pass/Today's Parent Play All Summer Pass upgrades. Visit our knowledgeable Guest Services staff for information on daily park activities, special events and attractions.

	Inside the Park - Guest Services West Located just inside the West Entrance, Guest Services West provides access to amenities such as wheelchairs, wheelchair accessible washrooms, and Toronto Star Play All Day Pass/ Today’s Parent Play All Summer Pass upgrades and Rogers Chinese Lantern Festival upgrades.

Frequenty Asked Questions

Park Smart Tracker
Guests can write their 10-digit cell phone number(s) on the free “Park Smart Tracker” wristband, available at the Guest Services Pavilion, Guest Services Centre, and Guest Services West during park operating hours and by request for groups prior to arrival. In case of accidental separation while on park grounds, the wearer should proceed to the nearest Ontario Place employee, who will contact the number on the wristband and advise the parent or guardian where their child is safely waiting.

Complimentary Wheelchair Service
A signed credit card imprint for deposit purposes plus photo ID are required (no reservations).

Nursing
Nursing Mothers are welcome to nurse their children anywhere throughout the park.

Baby Care & Nursing Stations
There are 2 Baby Care Stations available as a quiet spot to change or nurse your children. They are located at Microkids on the West Island and ouside the Special Event Tent in Market Square. Mothers may also use the First Aid Station at Centre Entrance if it is available.

Located at the Security Office (West Entrance).

Missing Person
Speak immediately to any Ontario Place staff person or an attendant at Guest Services Centre.

Lockers
Lockers are located at the Centre Entrance, Cinesphere, Waterpark and the Atom Blaster.

ATMs
Automated Banking Machines are located throughout the park.
