When Darya took her first yoga class over 7 years ago it didn’t spark any interest. Only years later, seems like, it was yoga that found her when she needed it the most. Asana and meditation practice became a space on a mat and in a heart that allowed staying grounded and balanced in a hectic everyday life. Darya believes that yoga practice strengthens and nurtures a sacred connection between the body, the mind and the breath and creates space for freedom and inner peace.
Darya completed her 250 hours YTT with Yoga Tree Studios and is happy to share her practice that focuses on the breath and mindful movements. In her classes she loves to incorporate asanas that challenge balance, strength and flexibility combining creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration for her students to enjoy their practice.
