Come experience waking up to a community social dedicated to filling your cup in all the right ways. Cycle through wellness activities designed to supercharge your mind and your body: breathwork, cold, hot, movement, mindfulness, fire, music, and connection. Top wellness experts will guide you through the morning. Expect to experience a shift.
We will be collectively participating in (although you are welcome to show up at any time):
- 7:00am – Event Starts
- 7:00am – 7:15am Welcome & Introductions
- 7:15am – 7:30am Mindfulness & Meditation
- 7:30am – 8:00am Movement & Flow
- 8:00am – 8:30am Breathwork Journey
- 8:30am – 10:30am Cold Plunge & Sauna w Live Music, Bonfire, Vendors & Refreshments
- 10:30am – 11:00am Ground, Re-connect, Celebrate
- 11:00am – Event Ends
You are welcome to show up any time before 6:55am to catch sunrise and are invited to linger in the park following the event as long as you wish.
There will be a registration table at the entrance to Trillium Park (right after you walk under the pedestrian walkway) where you will check in and get your wrist band that will grant you access to all activities. There will be staff wearing event shirts stationed around the park that can provide support or answer questions.

What to Bring:
- Yoga mat
- Towel
- Bathing suit (Recommendation is to wear underneath clothing)
- Sandals or substitute footwear for sauna
- Water bottle
- Loose, WARM comfortable clothing to change into after is recommended
