01. What is the Open Air Cinema
An outdoor theatre in Trillium Park.
03. Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets can only be purchased online.
05. How do I get to the Open Air Cinema?
Ontario Place is located at 955 Lake Shore Blvd West, Toronto ON, M6K 3B9. The Open Air Cinema is located in Trillium Park. You can find directions to Ontario Place here.
06. Where can I park?
Parking is available in Lot 2 at Ontario Place which accessible via Ontario Place Blvd.

07. Can I get something to eat or drink?
Food and drink will be available for purchase. Visit icff.ca for info.
08. What happens if it rains?
The event is rain or shine. We will monitor weather and in the event that severe weather is a threat, we will cancel the movie.
10. What COVID-19 safety measures have been put in place?
All visitors are asked to respect the following guidelines when you are on our site to help prevent the spread of COVID-19:
  • If you are sick or if you have been in contact with someone that is sick, please do not enter the Ontario Place grounds.
  • Keep space of 6 feet/2 metres between you and other visitors.
  • Masks are required at all times and may be removed only when seated while eating or drinking.

COVID-19 Update

With the park open for use, all visitors are asked to respect the following guidelines when you are on our site to help prevent the spread of COVID-19:

  • If you are sick or if you have been in contact with someone that is sick, please do not enter the Ontario Place grounds.
  • Keep a healthy space of 2 metres between you and other park visitors.
  • Please wear a mask if you are unable to keep a physical distance of 2 metres.
  • Group sizes must follow current Covid outdoor gathering guidelines.
  • Dogs must be on leash and dog owners should be careful to maintain a distance of the recommended 2 metres from other dogs and persons.
  • Use garbage receptacles provided to protect workers and to help keep the park clean.
