Please note:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A date will appear as available if at least one time slot on that date is open.<\/li>\n<li>If a time slot appears available but you are unable to complete the booking, it may already be in another customer&#8217;s cart and in the process of being booked.<\/li>\n<li><strong>A maximum of two (2) concurrent reservations per person are permitted. Bookings that exceed this will be automatically cancelled. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to make a reservation<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Begin your reservation by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventbrite.ca\/e\/fire-pit-trillium-park-tickets-790237330127?aff=oddtdtcreator\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>clicking this online booking link<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Select your preferred date and time.<\/li>\n<li>Complete the reservation form.<\/li>\n<li>You will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details, burn permit and directions to Trillium Park.<\/li>\n<li>Reservations can be rescheduled directly through Eventbrite.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong> Fire Pit reservations are not valid for events, activations and\/or commercial use. To book the fire pit for these purposes, you must complete and submit the <a href=\"https:\/\/ontarioplace.com\/booking-request-form\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Online Booking Request Form<\/strong><\/a>.<!--Please note all August time slots are SOLD OUT! We are currently not taking any additional bookings until further notice. We will update our website once bookings continue.--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Booking Rules<\/h2>\n<p>All guests are required to follow the rules outlined in the confirmation emails.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"TextRun SCXW190664352 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW190664352 BCX0\">A maximum of t<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW190664352 BCX0\">wo (2)<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW190664352 BCX0\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW190664352 BCX0\">concurrent<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW190664352 BCX0\">\u00a0reservations per person is\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW190664352 BCX0\">permitted<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW190664352 BCX0\">.<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW190664352 BCX0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP Selected SCXW190664352 BCX0\" data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"TextRun SCXW5775214 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW5775214 BCX0\">R<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW5775214 BCX0\">eservations found under the same individual\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW5775214 BCX0\">and\/or group\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW5775214 BCX0\">beyond this\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW5775214 BCX0\">limit<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW5775214 BCX0\">\u00a0will be cancelled.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP Selected SCXW5775214 BCX0\" data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Dogs are permitted in the park and <strong>must be on a leash at all times<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Use garbage receptacles provided to keep the park clean.<\/li>\n<li>No tents, tables, or structures (additional folding chairs only).<\/li>\n<li>Low level music permitted; no sounds system or amplified sound.<\/li>\n<li>Alcohol is not permitted at the fire pit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Fire Pit Reservation Capacity<\/h3>\n<p>The maximum number of people permitted per fire pit rental is 25.<\/p>\n<h3>Wood<\/h3>\n<p>Reservation Holders must bring their own wood. Only dry and clean (i.e. not painted or pressure treated) firewood may be burned. Reservation Holders are forbidden from burning any foliage or wood products collected from within Ontario Place property.<\/p>\n<h3>Extinguishing<\/h3>\n<p>Sand is provided to extinguish the fire. The bin can be found near the pit.<\/p>\n<h3>Food and Beverage<\/h3>\n<p>The fire pits are not designed for cooking purposes, however, feel free to roast a few marshmallows! Alcohol is not permitted.<\/p>\n<h3>Inclement Weather<\/h3>\n<p>Ontario Place may, at its discretion, cancel a Reservation due to wind, inclement weather, or any other factors.<br \/>\nIf the wind is blowing or gusting at or above 25 km\/h, a fire cannot be started.
