Yoga in Trillium Park is a series of free yoga classes running from June 7 to September 28, Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Classes take place next to the Pavilion and are led by experienced instructors at N\u00dcLOVE. Each class blends Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, with a focus on mindfulness, core strength, and fostering a deeper connection between breath, body, and spirit. New this year, the program will also feature special monthly enhanced classes incorporating elements such as Kundalini Yoga, Yoga Dance Parties with Dance Alchemy, AWAKEN with JUNGLETO (a yoga and fitness fusion), Pilates, sound baths, live music, and guided meditation—offering fresh and creative ways to move, breathe, and restore. Classes are open to participants of all levels and take place rain or shine. Registration is not needed – just bring a mat, water bottle and sun protection (sunscreen and hat recommended).<\/p>\n
