SummerSeries in Trillium Park has an exciting season of programming, offering the perfect setting to enjoy music, arts, wellness, and nature. Join us on Canada Day for the launch, with a full day and night of music and entertainment. This event is free and open to all ages.

Yoga (Adult)

9:00 a.m – 10:30 a.m.

A hatha – vinyasa class focused on connecting breath to body, mindfully strengthening the core by focusing on alignment.


Yoga (Kids)

10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

YogaPals® Kids Yoga provides a great way for children to unwind, cultivate self-esteem and body awareness with the goal of developing strong minds and bodies.


Face Painting

12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Kids of all ages can enjoy face painting done by professionals offering a variety of incredible designs! Adults are also welcome!

Decorate A Cap

12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Showcase your artistic style and create your own unique cap with many colours and individual designs. Hats will be provided.

Choose from over 100 unique and fun designs to get airbrushed on by talented artists.


DJ Shane

12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.

2:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Get ready to dance the afternoon away with the electrifying beats of DJ Shane! Shane has been working within Toronto’s entertainment industry for over two decades.


The Fuddles

1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.

The Fuddles Are Back! is a catchy collection of silly upbeat songs that the whole family will enjoy. It covers relatable themes such as friendship, growing up, animals, nature, and even the chaotic joy of bedtime.


Henna Planet

1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Get free henna body art! Spend quality time experiencing the enchanting properties of henna body art, and relish in watching the henna transform over the following days into a beautiul deep henna stain.


 

OVL Photo Booth

2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Make your day memorable! Drop by at the OVL Photo Booth, strike a pose and capture lifelong memories at Trillium Park.


Indigenous Programming

2:30 p.m.- 4:00 p.m.

Hosted by Donna Lee Sound, CTV reporter and special segment host of “Indigenous Circle.” Elder Jimmy Dick will deliver the Opening Honour song and Land Acknowledgement, followed by a performance by the Manitou Mkwa Singers from the Credit reserve and Hoop Dancer, River Christie-White.


DJ MelBoogie

4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

6:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

8:15 p.m. – 8:45 p.m.

DJ MelBoogie is guaranteed to keep you moving and grooving all day and into the night! Hailing from Toronto, DJ MelBoogie is one of the country’s best-known female DJs.


Afropan Steelband

5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Get ready for an incredible live performance! The Afropan Steelband, also known as “the People’s Band,” is Toronto’s oldest and most successful steelband. Founded in 1973, Afropan strives to promote steelpan to people of all ages and ethnicities throughout the community.


Communal Bonfire

8:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

As the evening gets a little cooler, grab a seat next to the roaring fire and enjoy the views of the lake.


uRequest Live

7:00 p.m. – 8:15 p.m.

Request your favourite song for the band to play! As the world’s most innovative and interactive live band, uRequest Live puts you in control of the concert. Shape the setlist in real-time, communicate directly with the band, all through touch screen kiosks or by simply scanning a QR code. 

The Soul Motivators

8:45 p.m. – 10 p.m.

End your evening with a live performance by Toronto’s The Soul Motivators, offering a blend 1970’s funk, soul, psychedelic jams, and hip-hop breaks. They’ve performed with legends like Grandmaster Flash, Afrika Bambaataa, and Lee Fields at major events like TD Toronto Jazz Festival and the PanAm Games.
