The team at Open Canvas invites you to a weekend of celebration of music, art, and community. With performances from local and internationally acclaimed artists, food from some of the city’s best restaurants, and a view of Toronto’s skyline, this festival is a must-do.

Indigenous Sounds Now on July 27, 2025!
Indigenous Sounds Now amplifies the voices of Indigenous musicians from the Anishinaabe, Mohawk and Cree Nations.
With a sonically diverse line-up of Indigenous musicians and JUNO Award nominees, Indigenous Sounds Now delivers a fusion of Indigenous culture with pop, blues, roots, and rock. Be sure to join us as we listen and dance to this wonderful Indigenous musical mosaic.This year’s performers include: Adrian Sutherland, Murray Porter, Lacey Hill, Zeegwon Shilling, DJ MR. SAUGA with host Donna Sound.

Yoga in Trillium Park is a series of free yoga classes running from June 7 to September 28, Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Classes take place next to the Pavilion and are led by experienced instructors at NÜLOVE. Each class blends Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, with a focus on mindfulness, core strength, and fostering a deeper connection between breath, body, and spirit. New this year, the program will also feature special monthly enhanced classes incorporating elements such as Kundalini Yoga, Yoga Dance Parties with Dance Alchemy, AWAKEN with JUNGLETO (a yoga and fitness fusion), Pilates, sound baths, live music, and guided meditation—offering fresh and creative ways to move, breathe, and restore. Classes are open to participants of all levels and take place rain or shine. Registration is not needed – just bring a mat, water bottle and sun protection (sunscreen and hat recommended).
