Hatha – Vinyasa

A hatha – Vinyasa class that is focused on connecting breath to body and body to breath, mindfully strengthening the core and body by focusing on alignment. This class is accessible to all levels.

Luciana Santaguida (NÜLOVE)

Luciana is an accomplished 300hr trained Yoga teacher, Sound healer and Reiki Master. Based in Toronto, she has had the pleasure of teaching thousands of people across the GTA and USA. Luciana teaches a hatha-vinyasa practice with a focus on connecting the body with the breath and building core strength. Along with Yoga and Sound healing, Luciana is an accomplished musician, and is the founder and creator of NÜLOVE and Zen Dogs Wellness; two holistic brands that marry the power of yoga, wellness and music.

COVID-19 Update

With the park open for use, all visitors are asked to respect the following guidelines, as well as the current public health guidelines, when you are on our site to help prevent the spread of COVID-19:

  • Following the announcement from the Province on January 3, 2022, Ontario Place will be cancelling screenings at Cinesphere starting January 5, 2022. Our Customer Service Department will be reaching out to issue refunds to all ticketholders. If you do not receive a refund, please send an email to [email protected]
  • If you are sick or if you have been in contact with someone that is sick, please do not enter the Ontario Place grounds.
  • Keep a healthy space of 2 metres between you and other park visitors.
  • Please wear a mask if you are unable to keep a physical distance of 2 metres.
  • Group sizes must follow current Covid outdoor gathering guidelines.
  • Dogs must be on leash and dog owners should be careful to maintain a distance of the recommended 2 metres from other dogs and persons.
  • Use garbage receptacles provided to protect workers and to help keep the park clean.
